One Time Services

One Time Services

We offer one time services for various pests such as mice, ants, silverfish, centipedes, millipedes, pill bugs, sow bugs, wasps, hornets, and others. This plan includes an inspection and treatment during one service call.

Preventative IPM Plan

Preventative IPM Plan

We will come out two to four times a year to inspect the property, take preventative measures, and address any issues. This plan includes protection from mice, rats, roaches, earwigs, silverfish, ants, carpenter ants, wasps' nests, and carpenter bees. In addition to your regularly scheduled visits, we will return at no cost if you have issues with covered pests between visits.

Annual IPM Plan

For those in areas of high pest activity or with homes that have a history of pest issues, we recommend our annual protection plan. This plan includes protection from mice, rats, roaches, earwigs, silverfish, ants, carpenter ants, wasps nests, and carpenter bees. In addition to your quarterly visits where we inspect and service the interior and exterior as needed, we will return at no cost if you have issues with covered pests between visits. Since 2012 Graves Pest Control LLC has been helping customers keep their homes pest free.  We specialize in residential single-family homes, but we offer services to multi-family and commercial properties as well.
